Satisfied Saturday

Well, almost satisfied. I didn't quite get done yesterday but I finished all the writing I had to do by 2AM this morning. I'm putting in references this morning so I decided that warranted some Krispie Kreme! Raspberry filled, Lemon filled, chocolate covered creme filled, pumpkin spice cake, original glazed, and blueberry cake! MMmmm. Not to be consumed at one sitting or alone for that matter. I made sure to stop by Whole Foods for a gallon of milk to accompany them.

  1. How can you be satisfied with only one original glazed?!

  2. I can be pretty satisfied with only one original glazed because I love blueberry cake, lemon glazed and raspberry glazed soooo much! I like to eat lemon and raspberry together! Mmm. They had no maple glazed this morning. I like those too.

  3. However, as strange as this sounds, I do not like chocolate covered cream filled at all (it's not glazed!). I think that's where my shock truly lies. And you haven't had a filled doughnut until you've tried a German filled doughnut. Get here. Stat!

  6. @ Melanie: This time I found I really wasn't that impressed with the chocolate covered cream filled. I was very happy with lemon and strawberry though. Do they have blueberry filled in Germany? That sounds like a good blog post...doughnuts in Germany.

    @ Jen: Thanks!

@Jason: I know a couple of ppl who aren't Krispy Kreme fans. Are you a Duncan Doughnuts person or a non-doughnut sort?

  8. @Rebecca: I agree. I haven't eaten doughnuts that I like as well as Krispy Kremes! That's awesome that they are sold in London!
